Owner Advantage Rewards (OAR) was converted to Ford Rewards.
- Dealer-funded Service Rewards — Migrated into equivalent value of Ford Rewards Points and will be available for redemption at any participating Ford dealership
- Earned Oil Changes — Awarded 5,000 Ford Rewards Points per oil change (gas or diesel)
- New Vehicle Sales Rewards and any Oil Change Credits. Sales rewards and oil change credits will not be converted to Ford Rewards Points
Membership
Joining Ford Rewards+ is easy. When customers download the Ford App or register on www.ford.com/support, they automatically become members of Ford Rewards+. Get started by downloading the Ford App for iPhone or Android. A FordGuide and the dealership can also assist with enrollment.
Yes. When customers accept terms and conditions for Ford App (either through the app or online), they are automatically enrolled in Ford Rewards+. If Ford App members joined prior to March 2019, they will need to accept the new terms and conditions and will then be enrolled in Ford Rewards+.
No, customers cannot sign up for Ford Rewards+ without an email address.
No. Members can still enjoy all the benefits of Ford Rewards+ without owning a Ford vehicle. Points are associated with a member account, not a vehicle.
No. Ford Rewards+ accounts are based on the individual account owner.
No. Members can earn Ford Rewards at their participating dealership and view their account online at FordPassRewards.com. However, they do a need a Ford Owner or Lincoln Owner account to participate. The Ford App is necessary to complete Ford App Connect modem activation for modem-equipped vehicles to earn Points for complimentary maintenance with vehicle purchase.
No. Accounts may not be combined, and any earning and redemption is separate.
Ford Rewards and Lincoln Access Rewards are designed to align with the member’s vehicle. A customer may be a member of both programs, but as separate programs, Points cannot be transferred between accounts. In addition, a member may only redeem from one account on a single repair order or transaction.
Yes, a member has the same earning and redemption opportunities at participating Quick Lanes as they do in dealership service lanes.
*The same earning, redeeming, and membership details applies to Lincoln Owner accounts and Lincoln Access Rewards members. Lincoln and Mercury vehicles fall under the Lincoln Access Rewards Program and these owners should create a Lincoln Owner account to participate in earning and redeeming rewards.
Members can see Ford Rewards Points balances when logged in to their account or in the Ford App under the Account tab. The dealer can also look up the balance.
Ford Rewards is available to everyone. Customers can join when they purchase a new vehicle or later in their ownership.
Ford Rewards+ members will receive member-exclusive communications via email, in-app messaging or other forms of digital messaging.
Earning Points
Ford Rewards+ Points can be earned through the purchase of Motorcraft® parts, and any associated labor from participating Ford dealerships and by members participating in activities and offers from Ford, through the Ford App or website. Point-earning opportunities could include (not all available at program launch):
Points with new vehicle purchase for completing the following:
o Purchasing or leasing a new retail Ford vehicle from a participating dealer
o Purchasing a qualifying Ford Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle from a participating dealer
o Activating and maintaining Ford Connect modem*
o Joining Ford Rewards+ within 60 days of purchase
- Points with Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle purchase or lease for joining within 60 days of purchase**
- Having your vehicle serviced (retail repair orders only) at a participating dealer (restrictions apply.)
- Setting a preferred dealer
- Completing a digital brand experience (e.g., survey, video)
*Modem must be activated within 60 days of purchase through the Ford App on a smartphone and remain active for at least 6 months after activation. Buyers of non-modem equipped vehicles will also receive Points after enrollment. Visit a participating dealer for details.
**Buyers of Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicles will receive Points for complimentary maintenance after enrollment. Modem not required. Members can earn 10 Ford Rewards Points per $1 spent on eligible purchases of parts and service at any participating dealership.
Members will earn Points when they purchase a Ford, Motorcraft® part and any associated labor from a participating Ford dealer. Members will earn 10 Points per $1 spent. Non-Ford parts or services will not earn Points.
Earning is limited to repair orders with a Ford or Motorcraft part.

Points will be deposited into a member’s account within ten (10) days of the qualifying service transaction and 30 days of the sales transaction. Certain activities may require additional time to validate qualifying transactions.
Yes. Ford Rewards Points can be redeemed at any participating dealer.

Redeeming Points
Ford Rewards Points can be redeemed for any qualifying transaction at any participating dealership. A member may also redeem Points toward the purchase of a new vehicle at a participating dealership.
No. At this time, Ford Rewards Points cannot be gifted to another Ford Rewards member.
Ford Rewards Point balances expire and are forfeited when a member has not earned Points, redeemed Points or fulfilled a reward earned through Ford Rewards for 365 consecutive calendar days. App usage does not qualify as activity needed to keep Points from expiring. To help in these uncertain times, expiration of Ford Rewards Points has been extended to April 1, 2021, for Points earned prior to April, 2020. Points earned after April 1, 2020 will expire at the 365-day mark with no other activity.
Not at this time. FordParts.com doesn’t currently integrate with the Ford ecosystem.
Complimentary Maintenance
Ford Rewards provides 42,000 Points with the purchase or lease of a new vehicle and the activation of Ford Connect. The Ford Rewards Points may be used in a variety of ways: Members will have the choice to redeem the Points toward their first three maintenance visits, save their Points for a later service need or put them toward their next new vehicle purchase or lease. Customers who purchase or lease a Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle will earn 22,000 Points if they join within 60 days of vehicle purchase.

Yes, in this case, the customer does not need to connect a modem, but they must enroll in Ford Rewards and purchase or lease a new vehicle to earn the 42,000 Points.

All customers need to join Ford Rewards by enrolling online at FordPassRewards.com, or via Ford App download in order to earn Points for complimentary maintenance with their new vehicle purchase/lease. Modem activation within 60 days of vehicle sale and for at least 180 days is also required in order to earn Points for complimentary maintenance for any vehicle that is modem-equipped and supported by the Ford App.*
2020 Model Year and beyond Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles are supported by the Ford App. Owners of these vehicles need to download the Ford App to enroll in Ford Rewards and activate their modem to earn Ford Rewards Points for complimentary maintenance with their purchase.*
C-MAX Energi, FusionEnergi, and Focus Electric are not supported by the Ford App, but are compatible with the MyFord Mobile app. Owners are encouraged to download and use MyFord Mobile to enjoy benefits of connectivity. These customers are still eligible to earn Ford Rewards Points for complimentary maintenance with their new vehicle purchase/lease by enrolling online or via Ford app download.**

Members benefit by receiving 42,000 Ford Points for a gas-powered vehicle and 75,000 Points for a diesel — enough Points to virtually eliminate the cost of up to three scheduled service visits or for future select services or new vehicle purchases.
A member choosing to use the Points for maintenance can expect to cover the following visits and services:
- 7,500-mile service: Oil & filter change, tire rotation and multi point inspection
- Members Redeem: Gas: 11,000 Points; Diesel: 20,000 Points
- 15,000-mile service: Oil & filter change, tire rotation and multi point inspection
- Members Redeem: Gas: 11,000 Points; Diesel: 20,000 Points
- 22,500-mile service: Oil & filter change, cabin air filter, tire rotation and multi point inspection
- Members Redeem: 20,000 Points; Diesel: 35,000 Points
- 7,500-mile service: Oil & filter change, tire rotation and multi point inspection
No, all new vehicle retail sales/leases are eligible with a sale date on or after the national launch of Ford Rewards.
Yes. Members may use their Points for maintenance, or anything else that can be redeemed for in Ford Rewards. This could include a discount towards the purchase of their next vehicle.
If a member deactivates the modem on their vehicle prior to the required 180-day period the Ford Rewards Points earned (42,000 Points for gas and 75,000 Points for diesel) will be removed from the member account. If the member has redeemed part or all of the earned rewards, Ford Rewards will deduct the remaining Points from the member account.
It can take up to 30 days for the Points to appear in the member’s Ford Rewards account. Contributing factors include: the vehicle sale report date from the dealership, the modem activation date and the date the customer joined Ford Rewards.
